The Aliso Viejo Chamber’s annual meeting and December Holiday Networking Breakfast took place last Tuesday, December 13, where exciting plans concerning the city’s development awaited eager members.
Chamber President Dave Fleming took the stage to make a handful of announcements, most of which related to the construction that’ll start soon in the vacant retail space within The Commons and Town Center. Along with a 53,000 square-foot Tesla facility and 99 Ranch Market where the Lowe’s Home Improvement property once stood, Eureka! Restaurants and Amy’s Drive Thru will set up new shops on top of the old Panera Bread and Macaroni Grill lots. Not to mention, the grand opening of Glaukos Corporation’s new headquarters on Aliso Viejo Parkway, which will take place in early 2023. ValueRock Realty has already begun construction on the former Lowe’s site, which closed in early 2019.
Our Chamber president also shared a few major accomplishments and highlights over the past six months, including the addition of six new Board Member directors and the same number of business Ribbon Cuttings.
