Webb’s Grainworks
Webb’s Grainworks, the Aliso Viejo Chamber’s February Member of the Month, is set to open this spring! The distillery will offer five types of alcohol–vodka, gin, bourbon, and a Japanese rice spirit–with the fifth option to be announced. Along with producing its own spirits, Webb’s Grainworks will feature a full kitchen with a state-of-the-art smokehouse and bakery. Stay tuned for their opening to get the first taste of their spirits and fusion comfort food.
