Introducing the Aliso Viejo Chamber’s February Member of the Month: Webb’s Grainworks, owned and operated by head distiller Jeremy Webb.
If you attend our Networking Breakfasts, you may remember Jeremy’s presentation back in November 2022, which gave us a glimpse into his plans for Webb’s Grainworks. Along with being a distillery and restaurant, Webb’s has the potential to become Aliso’s new neighborhood go-to, and will become Orange County’s largest full-production distillery, brewery, and restaurant upon opening.

What is Webb’s Grainworks?
“We’re building a full-scale distillery and brewery with the intent of being a house of brands, as opposed to being a branded house.”
What types of alcohol does Webb’s Grainworks produce and bottle?
“All of our spirits will have their own individual identity, and we’re opening with five skews: vodka, gin, a bourbon, a Japanese rice spirit, and the fifth is to be announced.”
What type of cuisine will you offer at Webb’s Grainworks?
“The menu is being designed by me and a small team in our R&D kitchen. I’d describe it as global fusion comfort food, and our team sees it as one of the most ‘crave-worthy’ menus in Orange County. The kitchen will be a state-of-the-art smokehouse and bakery too, serving things like house bacon, briskets, and pastramis.”
When will Webb’s open its doors, and what makes the tasting room so unique?
“We’re under construction, with plans to open in spring 2023. Our tasting room will have a full restaurant component; the idea is to gain traction with the local market and use the tasting room as our proving ground with intent to possibly take some of our products and move toward a RTD, or a pre-mixed cocktail. Then we could vet them in our tasting room.”
