Aliso Viejo Chamber of Commerce Member of the Month: Belmont Village Senior Living

As it sets its sight on a February opening, the Belmont Village Senior Living community is celebrating being the Aliso Viejo Chamber of Commerce January Member of the Month.

If you are not familiar with Belmont Village, it is a nationally recognized premier senior living community. Belmont Village traces its success to a founding vision to see aging as a gift and to serve residents with an uncompromising program of architecture, hospitality, and care.  

The upcoming community will debut in Aliso Viejo in February.  The project is under construction at 300 Freedom Lane. The community will have 149 apartments and will provide assisted living and memory care options.  With amazing views overlooking Saddleback valley, we will provide a beautiful environment with exceptional care.

Aliso Viejo marks Belmont’s 29th community and the 13th in California.  

While Belmont Village has numerous awards and recognition, they say their biggest successes are truly found in the love letters they receive from our residents and/or their families.  Here are two examples:

When my dear Joan, my love of 66 years and my wife of 57, passed three years ago, I was lost and alone for the first time in my life. I carried on the best I could but was deteriorating physically and mentally. In April, my children in New York and California convinced me that it would be best for me to move to California to live with my oldest son and daughter-in-law in Thousand Oaks. They took great care of me, but we all soon realized that I needed more help and professional care than they could provide.
I was initially extremely resistant to the idea of assisted living, to be honest. Coming to Belmont Village changed all of that for me. Living here for but three months has been nothing short of life-saving and life-changing. The staff always goes out of their way to make me feel safe, cared for, vital, and simply special. We checked in with the team at Belmont Village and here’s what they said, “While the doors may not open for another couple of weeks, the Belmont Village info center has been open since August 1, 2018. We have been so kindly welcomed by so many businesses in Aliso Viejo. It really is such a personable & intimate town where businesses have come over to us to say hello with no effort on our part.
