Tis’ the season for ugly sweaters! We brought a little fun to our December Aliso Viejo Chamber of Commerce monthly breakfast at the Aliso Viejo Country Club, and it was a festive time for our wonderful members.
We closed out 2019 with everyone sharing stories about their business and where things are headed in 2020!
We also welcomed two new members: Affordable Reliable Moving Company and CCA – College and Career Advantage.
Affordable Reliable Moving Company has been an Aliso Viejo business since 2015. The company specializes in delivery services, moving services, and installations. AR moving uses all certified green moving vehicles, and offer services 7 days a week for corporate and residential customers.
CCA – College and Career Advantage provides the students of Capistrano and Laguna Beach Unified School District with these opportunities and more. Internships with local business and industry partners help students learn skills that they can list on their resume and take to the workplace or the college path to greater success. Courses that are taught by credentialed teachers who are industry experts provide students with CTE courses to learn career skills in classrooms and labs that are modeled after the workplace.
We had a lot of people dress in the spirit of the season. Check out a couple of photos of people with their ugly sweaters.
But the highlight of the morning had to have been the Christmas carols led by Beau Nokes of Nokes & Nokes; A Law Corporation. Our Chamber crooners belted out some Jingle Bell Rock and Feliz Navidad.
Since we are in the spirit of the holidays, we want to remind everyone about the Santa’s Workshop taking place in Aliso Viejo on December 20th. The event takes place at City Hall and costs $35 for children ages 5-11. Registration closes on Monday, December 16th.
