Aliso Viejo Chamber of Commerce is pleased to welcome one of its newest members, Even Stephen Movement. Located on Vantis Drive, Even Stephen Movement is a fitness organization offering personal training and small private group classes in acro yoga, Capoeira (also known as Brazilian Dance Fighting), and slacklining to the Aliso Viejo community. Classes are taught by founder and CEO Stephen Parra who has taught students of all ages, from one to 65. His unique outdoor classes are not only fun, but they teach skills that will help to improve stability, neuromuscular efficiency, and prevent accidental falls. Stephen shares with us a little bit about his business.
AVCC: What is the mission of Even Stephen Movement?
Even Stephen: Even Stephen Movement allows you to embrace the full potential of your body. Arming you with a complete skill set of calisthenic and balance movements, you can take your workouts anywhere and take your fitness to its maximum potential.
AVCC: How does Even Stephen Movement differ from other fitness organizations in the area?
Even Stephen: The studio is a one-on-one personal training studio with a big emphasis on educating the client, so they can understand their own body and how to achieve their fitness goals. Even Stephen Movement is a safe environment without the hassle or distraction of other members crowding your space.
AVCC: Why did you decide to join the Aliso Viejo Chamber of Commerce?
Even Stephen: I joined the Chamber of Commerce because this is the city where I want to establish myself and my business. I enjoy the breakfasts and events. And lastly, my mother, Carol Little of Corporate Design group in Sacramento, told me to.
AVCC: What are you most looking forward to as being a member of the Chamber?
Even Stephen: I am most looking forward to being around like-minded entrepreneurs and seeing them grow with me.
