After a year of celebrating the holidays indoors and via Zoom, traditional festivals and events are finally starting to make a comeback. If you’re looking to celebrate July 4th, 2021 outside your home, here are a few ways to do so in Aliso Viejo.
Join your neighbors, community partners, and the City of Aliso Viejo for the community parade that begins at 9 am at Aliso Viejo Ranch. The parade will travel around the property and end with a free community festival. Parade participants are encouraged to dress in festive attire and decorate scooters, wagons, and strollers.
Make a quick trip next door to the Independence Day Patriotic Drive-Thru 2021: Laguna Niguel. If you’re not ready to venture outdoors just yet, you can enjoy a scenic, music filled road trip through the United States that includes national landmarks from the comfort of your car. The Independence Day Patriotic Drive-Thru 2021 runs 7:30pm – 9:30pm on both Friday, July 2nd and Saturday, July 3rd. It’s located at Laguna Niguel City Hall on Crown Valley Parkway.
Head down to The ROW in the Aliso Viejo Town Center for Sgt. Pepperoni’s Outdoor Summer Concert Series on Friday, July 2nd. Guests are invited to enjoy fresh tunes and award-winning pizza on Sgt. Pepperoni’s patio from 6pm – 9pm on select Friday evenings in July. Dogs are welcome.
Finally, when the sun goes down, don’t forget to pick from a handful of nearby fireworks shows. They are set to light up the skies on various days and times throughout the holiday weekend.
