It’s no secret that health and wellness are essential to longevity, but sometimes prioritizing that balance can be a challenge. Thankfully, we have an Aliso Viejo Chamber of Commerce member in Renaissance ClubSport.
Nutritionist Mayra Solorzano of Renaissance ClubSport, an Aliso Viejo Chamber member, offered tips for general nutrition and “navigating through the grocery store” at our February Networking Breakfast. Needless to say, our members returned home excited to test their new knowledge during their next grocery run.
Born in Bogota, Colombia and raised in Houston, TX, Mayra participated in nearly every sport imaginable. Swimming, basketball, volleyball, soccer, and dance from a young age cemented fitness as her way of life.
She earned her B.S. in Nutrition from the University of Houston and now holds over a decade of experience helping her clients reach their health and fitness goals. In her off time, you can find her serving at community churches in Tijuana, Mexico.
