Enjoy the Perfect President’s Day With Your Family at These Local Spots

America is celebrating another President’s Day this Monday, February 19th. If you’re lucky enough to have an extended weekend and don’t have to go to work on Monday, boy do we have good news for you. The Aliso Viejo Chamber of Commerce has a whole host of options to help make your 3-day weekend one for the books.

Encourage your family to get out and enjoy some fresh air at some of our favorite local hangout spots.

Start your day with a workout!

Make F45 your first stop and prepare your body for an awesome day. Sign up for Katie Wilcox’s Foxtrot cardio class for an early morning energy-booster. And don’t be fooled by the name—this form of workout is nothing short of a ‘cardio adventure.

There are six 45-minute classes starting as early as 5:30 am, available on President’s Day. And they run all the way to 6:15 pm, so there are plenty of opportunities for you to fit your workout in.

If you are new to F45, remember there is a two week free trial available to you on the website.

Cool Down With Refreshing Natural Juice

May we suggest the Grapefruit Reboot from Nekter Juice Bar? It’s filled with apple, orange, fennel, and—you guessed it—grapefruit and promises to provide a “fresh boost to your metabolism, energy, and mood.” Just the thing you need to compliment that great workout right?

Their menu is packed with over 20 variations of juices, smoothies, and açaí bowls. And if you tend to rebel from the menu, they also give you the option to create your variation. Plus, placing your order online means you can skip the line and move on to your next President’s Day adventure.

Hit the Outlets

This is one the entire family is sure to enjoy. The Outlets at San Clemente has something for everyone in your family, including Carters, Marc Jacobs & Sun Diego Boardshops. Spend the time laughing, strolling and scouting for sales with your family.

You can even enjoy a bite to eat before calling it a day. The kids are sure to enjoy Blaze Pizza and munching on chocolate from Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory on the way home.
