There’s never a dull moment in the city of Aliso Viejo! Next month, we have two incredible opportunities to make a lasting impact on the lives of others. Here are a few of the exciting things happening in the coming weeks. Mark your calendars and join us in supporting such important causes.
Relay For Life
Relay For Life of Aliso Viejo is an overnight event in which teams camp near a track and take turns walking laps for 24 hours in an effort to raise funds and awareness to help the American Cancer Society save lives from cancer. The event will be held at Niguel Hills Middle School on Saturday, August 20th from 10 am to 10 pm. You don’t need to be a runner or in top physical condition to participate; you just have to bring a positive attitude! If you’re not participating on a team, we still encourage you to come out for the day’s festivities. The event is filled with entertainment for the whole family – music, kids zones, onsite fundraisers, and more. Pitch a tent, camp out, enjoy delicious food, and feel good having fun and knowing you are making a difference in the lives of many.
The American Cancer Society Relay For Life movement is the world’s largest and one of the most impactful fundraising event for the fight against cancer. It unites communities across the world to celebrate those who have battled cancer, remember loved ones lost, and take action to finish the fight once and for all.
