Aliso Viejo Community Association’s Spring Celebration

Date: Saturday, April 8th 

Time: 9:00 am – 11:30 am

Location: Grand Park/Town Center Amphitheater

Join the Aliso Viejo Community Association in celebrating spring! There will be bounce houses, balloon twisters, face painting, children’s crafts, and even an egg hunt! Don’t forget to bring your camera, because Peter Rabbit will be there! There will also be a pancake breakfast hosted by Coast Hills Church from 9am-11am near the fountain.

 

Aliso Viejo And Laguna Beach Chambers Annual Golf Tournament

Date: Monday, April 10th

Time: 9:00 am

Location: Aliso Viejo Country Club

Join us for our annual golf tournament for a day of good food, great golf, and even better company! Check in begins at 9am and shotgun at 11am. We’ll kick off the day with breakfast from Chick-Fil-A and Bloody Mary’s from Lumberyard. If golf isn’t your thing, there’s plenty more to keep you entertained, like our Silent Auction or dinner. Parent Education Night

Date: Tuesday, April 11th

Time: 6:30 pm

Location: Aliso Niguel High School Library, 28000 Wolverine Way

Parents are invited to an important presentation about preventing drinking and drug use in local youth. Sponsored by the Aliso Niguel High School PTSA, the presentation will include thorough insight from representatives of the National Council on Alcoholism and Drug Dependence-Orange County. Parents will learn more about underage drinking and drug use among youth; the effects on our kids; and essential tips on prevention. For more information, contact kkreckerlewis@ncaddoc.org.

 

Arbor Day

Date: Friday, April 28th

Time:  4:00 pm

Location: Aliso Viejo Community Park

Come celebrate Arbor Day with the AVCA Board of Directors by having your children help plant trees! Arbor Day is nationally celebrated observance that encourages tree planting and care. It was founded by J. Sterling Morton in 1872 and is celebrated on the last Friday in April. We recommend wearing comfortable clothes and closed-toed shoes.
