Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers opened its second California store in Aliso Viejo
Five Questions with Bobbi Frye, General Manager, Fry Cook and Cashier, Aliso Viejo Raising Cane’s
CC: What are your and Raising Cane’s business philosophies?
BF: Cane’s focus is on quality Chicken finger meals, and being actively involved and a true partner in the community. We strive to be the BEST at one thing – Quality chicken finger meals. My personal philosophy is to be the best I can be at whatever job I am doing. Working at Cane’s aligns well with this because I am very much a part of the community wherever I go.
How did you begin to work at Raising Cane’s?
I started in June of this year after reading about how this company is so much a part of the community that it is in. I traveled to Dallas, TX to experience it first hand, and decided to make the move over to this great company!
What made Raising Cane’s decide on Aliso Viejo for a location?
The sites are selected by our team at the support center in Dallas, Tx. That team is always looking of for the best sites in which Cane’s can make an impact on the community and by being active partners. This area is home to a wide array of wonderful charities, service organizations and schools, and we are very proud to support them. We had a lot of fun helping the Aliso Niguel students with their food drive and we will continue to pitch in wherever we can to keep Aliso Viejo a great place to live, work, play and eat.
What do you like most about being a General Manager for Raising Cane’s?
The community outreach and support with Cane’s is the most exciting. Being in the restaurant business my entire life, I have had experience with many companies, and Cane’s is by far the best. Cane’s gives me the opportunity to run it like I own it, and I have the best support team in the world!
Your title is General Manager, Fry Cook and Cashier. What does this mean to you?
It means that although I run the restaurant, I am trained to do every position, and I am not afraid to jump in and help out whenever needed. My team knows this, and it makes us that much stronger!
