Join the Aliso Viejo Chamber next Wednesday, July 26th for our monthly After Hours Mixer! We have a great evening of superb food and casual networking planned, with local eatery Eureka! in Aliso Viejo.
Each month, the Aliso Viejo Chamber gathers members and guests at a Chamber member venue for some afterwork mingling in an informal setting. Along with meeting fellow entrepreneurs, many of our afterwork events may have an opportunity to see our Mayor, city councilmembers, and other prominent city leaders.
This month, we’ll be meeting at one of Aliso’s newer establishments: Eureka!, an Americana restaurant with an impressive selection of craft cocktails, local beers, wines, and especially whiskey. In fact, Eureka! has its own Whiskey Club, which sends a monthly discovery box to its members featuring one of the country’s top small-batch whiskeys.
Eureka! recently arrived in Aliso Viejo, and has made its mark on the community with its from-scratch kitchen and keen focus on exceptional hospitality. They’ve quickly joined the city’s bar scene, offering a select collection of local craft beers, small-batch whiskeys, and both classic and modern cocktails to fit any taste.
As for the food, expect a range of American classics, but with a unique twist. Be it their Bison Burger with spicy charred Fresno chile and bacon-infused jam, or their mouthwatering wings in a variety of flavors, you won’t want to miss out on a chance to taste Eureka!’s culinary excellence.
The event starts at 5:30 p.m. and ends at 7:00 p.m. Be sure to register on the Aliso Viejo Chamber website prior to attending – and feel free to bring a guest! The price for entry is $15 for both members and guests.
