A self-proclaimed techie since childhood, Max was writing code and running one of Orange County's first online chat rooms by age nine. That passion grew into a career founding multiple businesses and working as an engineer across the tech industry. Elected to the City Council in 2022, he's the first representative of Aliso Viejo's 2nd District — and just as likely to be found coaching Little League or Girls Softball as he is in council chambers.
